Guillory’s Handy Builders offers a range of handyman services, including but not limited to:

Specific services will be detailed in the service agreement prior to the commencement of work.

3. Booking and Payment  
- A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be specified in the service agreement.  
- Full payment for services is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  
- Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment services.

4. Refund and Return Policy  
- No Refunds or Returns: All deposits and payments made for services are non-refundable. Once a deposit is paid, it secures your scheduled service and cannot be returned under any circumstances.  
- Rescheduling Services: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

5. Client Responsibilities  
- The client must provide access to the property and ensure that the work area is safe and clear of any hazards.  
- The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals unless otherwise agreed upon.  
- The client must inform Guillory’s Handy Builders of any potential hazards or special conditions related to the work area.

6. Liability Limitations  
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guillory’s Handy Builders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Force Majeure  
Guillory’s Handy Builders shall not be liable for any failure to perform our services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

8. Intellectual Property  
All content, materials, and documentation provided by Guillory’s Handy Builders, including but not limited to logos, marketing materials, and service descriptions, are the intellectual property of Guillory’s Handy Builders and may not be used without express written permission.
